A complete mail management solution

With Document Services you transfer responsibility for scanning and indexing all your incoming mail to one of Northgate secure, dedicated document Service Centres. Post is delivered to our Service Centre either through PO Box routing or a customer’s courier, where our specialist staff then:

  • Open, sort and scan all your mail
  • Index the image against the relevant reference number
  • Transmit documents electronically to the relevant in-boxes
  • Store them in the appropriate electronic file (with Quality-Assured accuracy and reliability).

Other key features offered by the managed service include:

  • Intelligent data capture, that enables data to be read and transferred directly into back office applications
  • High value item-handling, processing and returning documents such as pension books and passports in a secure environment
  • Banking cheques and cash, maximising the interest you receive through direct links to your financial systems.
