THE EFFICIENCY CHALLENGE FORUM
― with no risk and no frills
It begins with a simple discussion that will cost you absolutely nothing. We will then engage in an Efficiency Forum with your executive management team, sharing the operational insight we have gained working with over 85 Councils. Across a range of services, we will contribute our knowledge, guided by a proven Efficiency Checklist (see over), to produce a joint Efficiency Challenge. Together we will identify practical ways to improve efficiency with immediate results which are sustainable and drive transformation.
YOUR EFFICIENCY PLAN
We will provide you with a high-level Efficiency Plan which you can put to immediate use. We are also keen to engage further, placing 100% of our fees at risk in a self-funding performance partnership. Together, we will deliver agreed outcomes, using existing Council resources and our uniquely accountable transformation approach.
