Northgate Performance Partnerships have delivered over £150 million in cashable benefits to 85 UK Local Authorities and Housing Providers across all areas of service provision.  Fourteen of these Partnerships are specifically engaged Housing organisations.  In Hammersmith and Fulham Homes, Northgate has helped identify annual savings of over £10.3 million per annum alongside significant process improvements.  These have involved engagement in fourteen separate work streams.

Our unique business model links 100% of our transformation fees to the delivery of agreed outcomes.  Our passion for public service transformation has meant we have never had to rebate any of our fees. 

As a starting point for these Partnerships, we undertake an initial Service Performance review based upon a robust business case that allows us to fully quantify an achievable transformation process aligned to your priorities. 

Our approach is fully consistent with John Hutton’s review of the Public Services Industry (July 2008) that partnerships should “reflect flexibility, appropriate risk sharing, mutual understanding, clear joint objectives and opportunities for ongoing innovation”.
